Well, here she is! Our precious Harper Faith. We are very close to being able to travel to bring her home. Most likely we will travel sometime in October. Here is some information on our sweet girl...

1. She is 5 years old.
2. Harper and Elon (her big sister) are one year apart and their birthdays are exactly one week apart.
3. Harper is in Shanghai, at SCWI - the same as Elon! I am glad that they will have this common bond.
4. Harper is almost the exact same size as Elon. They are the same height, they have the same shoe size, and even the same size head!! Harper is just a little thinner then Elon (we will fatten her up soon enough).
5. Harper has been through treatment for Leukemia (AML) and is doing well. She has been in remission for over a year & a half now.

**UPDATE - WE HAD A MEETING WITH HARPER'S DOCTOR ON SEPTEMBER 25 AND FOUND OUT THAT TREATMENT FOR AML IS SHORTER THEN WE THOUGHT - IT LOOKS LIKE SHE HAS ACTUALLY BEEN IN REMISSION FOR OVER 3 YEARS NOW!  THAT IS A HUGE PRAISE.  OF COURSE, WE ARE LOOKING AT LIMITED PAPERWORK, AND TRANSLATED PAPERWORK - BUT THIS WAS SO ENCOURAGING.
